Had a great time with my 8 year old son here, because he loves his wings! Our waitress was great and kept checking on us throughout the lunch to make sure we had everything we needed. Only issue I have is its a bit pricey, we had 25 traditional wings, 1 reg soda, 1 kids soda, french fries and onion rings and it came to $40 so with tip $50, so its not something we can do all the time together.

this is a good spot for reasonable food when you want to watch sporting events. food is always good. only issue is sometimes it gets a bit to loud. Otherwise it is a good spot for food and drink when watching sports

This place is an over hyped rip off. It's sad when you pay a small fortune for a meal, and no one is full. I've been here before (same story), and I'll never go back.

STAY AWAY from this one.. Truly a bad experience: I went with 3 friends to watch a game and get some wings all 4 of us got sick!!!

I was just here at Bdubs about 3 hours ago and i ordered the snack size boneless wings and there was a very long black hair in my food. I was so disgusted and of coarse i had to pay for it and the staff did not even seen to care. i will not be going back. Everyone please inspect your food before you eat!

I do like their boneless wings and have eaten at many different BWWs. This particular location consistently has bad service. I'm not sure why, but I just can't seem to get a server that is more interested in their job then their social life. They remodeled and its not as crammed as it used to be, but its still pretty tight. There are so many options in Orland, try them. Or maybe order take out, that was my solution.

Horribly overpriced! See my photo of naked chicken strips for $9.29. What a ripoff!!!

I really enjoy going to this Buff Wild Wings location. It's located in a strip mall and while it's not a huge place, it's not too small either. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly. The bar area has FREE DARTS which is a definite bonus in my book! If you plan on going for a big sporting event (i.e. playoff games) I recommend getting there early as it can get crowded quickly.

Way too many tables made for a stressful lunch. They need to remove a third of the tables to make it an enjoyable experience. I will not be going back to this location

Wings are not bad but need to be fried longer. Love the atmosphere and always willing to go here to watch a football game as there are plenty of tvs and a good environment.

The thing I really dislike about this location is the arrangement of tables and just overall set-up of the dining area. It feels really crammed and can get annoying fast. That is my only complaint really. Other than that, I could eat their wings and fried pickles all day. So delicious

    (4)
  • Kevin L.

Absolutely delicious. I love this place. Lots of variety in the flavors, and the service is usually good for pick-ups, which is usually all I do there. My only complaint is the price. Boneless wings for two + fries equal 22 or 23 bucks. It's well worth it, but you can get a lot more pizza or chinese food for the same price.

No. Just like Nancy Reagan preaching about crack, 'Just say no!' The youth based Orland Park/Palos crowd in general is like a bad facsimile of L.A. couture culture, too many kids whose brains have been melted by reality television and MTV Cribs. If the fashion slaves don't ruin your evening, the surly servers with their sense of douchebag entitlement coupled with the obnoxiously bad loud music they play surely will. The wings are okay, and it's close to a good sushi restaurant.

We ended up coming to this BDubz location because the one in Lincoln Park was way packed and no parking (go figure it was St.Patricks Day!) My husband and I were looking forward to a night on the town but plans didn't go according to plan, after all the driving we did I was starving!!! We finally arrive to the restaurant and I wasn't surprised this location was packed as well. The waitress asked us if we wanted bar seating and at this point I really didn't care I just wanted to eat! Didn't take long for our waiter to get in our orders. I got the Caribbean jerk and spicy garlic wings but I admit I was a little disappointed in the jerk wings. They barely had any sauce and didn't taste so great. I've only been to BBW once before but back home in Hawaii at the Waikiki location. I don't know if they make there's a little differently or what but they definitely did not taste the same. The spicy garlic was good though. I'm a ranch freak so before I could even dig in on my wings I needed my side of ranch that I repeatedly kept asking for. Not once or twice did I have to ask for it but 3 times!!! Twice he brought me bleu cheese and I waited forever for it! Geez at this point I was a bit irritated. The bar area wasn't very busy so I don't know what the problem was. I don't recall this dudes name but if I ever go back I remember what he looks like, guarantee I won't be accepting his services. This wasn't the most horrible place but there could be room for a little improvement:) SAUCIER WINGS PLEASE!

Good for when u want chicken wings. Satisfies that urge. Tasty BBQ sauces!

If you're gungho for chicken flavor, I guess this is the spot in Orland. It's the typical sports bar that's trying to branch out to kids with their (fun) interactive games that they offer on their in house video game system. Clunky, but wireless and offering four or so games. Tuesdays are packed because of the cheap wing night, so service on those days are slow. Going in on Monday at 4pm, I expected more responsive servers to cater to me, but they were busy preparing for the business rush I guess. Beers are pretty much on par you'd find at Hooter's, aside from Smithwick and a gluten-free Beer that I forget. They also provide special drinks. Foodwise, I'd rather hop over to Harrison's across the street next to Target, if you want more variety and less sports.

Normally, I'm pretty anti-chain (with the exception of Chipotle and Portillo's), and I hate generic-ass eateries such as Applebee's and T.G.I.Fridays, but Buffalo Wild Wings on a Tuesday night isn't all that bad. One thing I like about this bar/grill is the specials chart, which very clearly shows you what's cheap that night. I don't know why people were complaining about the prices. I mean 40 cent wings and $2.75 23 oz. of Bud Select isn't bad for Orland Park. The place has tons of TVs, but they could use calibration and better lighting. They are also aces at seating large groups, which seem to comprise the majority of their clientele. And the servers are cute.

Never any problem with service here. Sometimes food doesn't seem right but still an amazing place to be. Would recommend to anyone in area not from around here.

Serving was on the slow side. Just your average not very excited server just kind of doing the bare minimum. I walked into a mostly empty Buffalo Wild Wings and waited to be seated for a good 15 minutes which made me pretty anxious. I would totally understand if they was even the slightest bit busy. Food was mediocre, it was decent. Nothing amazing and it wasn't bad either. I'd come back just for the specials but other then that there isn't much to say. I walked in ate and left. Just a walk in the park on an average day at Buffalo Wild Wings.

I absolutely love coming here. The staff are very nice people, the food is delicious. They will talk to you like they've known you forever, even if it's the first time they've met you. I've been here a few times, usually sit at the bar. Every bartender I've sat with has always said thank you to every customer when they leave. My favorite wings are sweet BBQ. I also like how they occasionally have new flavors, but sometimes wish they would be permanent fixtures on the menu. The managers are always walking around if you need anything, and a few times have come to check on me to see how my meal is, and to make sure I'm enjoying myself. This is a huge thing for me, as I'm a firm believer that businesses should go out of their way to ensure a good customer experience. BWW does not disappoint. Overall I can't say enough good about the people and food here. I can't wait to get back....

When I pick up my son at Midway Airport during the holidays, we always seem to get back to Orland Park late. Tried both Dave & Busters and Tribes Alehouse over the years for these late-night eats and was disappointed at both places. Tried BWW this time and must say they were open and serving up wings and beer ... something the other two couldn't seem to manage. The only problem with BWW is consistency. When their kitchen is on, they have nice wings and fried food ... and they always have the beer thing down. The seasonings (I like the dry seasoning instead of the wet sauce) is usually spot on for heat. While I don't like too many of the national chains, BWW does a pretty nice job. I think I'll start a list of BWWs around the country - a great excuse for having even more wings. By the way ... the address for this BWW is 159th and LaGrange ... it really is in the strip mall at 159th and LaGrange. Go in the mall - the one that has Best Buy - and you'll find the BWW on the east side. Cheers.

I prefer this place over hooters for the food but not for the service. This place is packed on game day and you might even have trouble finding a place to sit. If you're on a diet this is not your place. They sometimes have beer specials which makes this place a little more enticing.

Other than the typical Buffalo wild wings food, which I happen to love, this is a pretty good location.it can get crowded at times because it's not very big. Their service seems to be pretty good and I've never had any trouble with the food.as I said I love Buffalo wild wings and always have to recommend the Asian zing sauce on your wings. Another great item is there buffalo chips and be sure to ask for a side of southwest ranch to go along with them.

Once a year I get to visit my good friends out in the burbs and we always try to make it a special occasion since they are all married w/ children and it's hard to align our schedules. I had been craving wings from BW3 for longer than I care to mention. In the city it's always loud and 'brahs' in backward ball caps are boisterous and high fiving to the point where it's just damned annoying and to a wing snob such as myself it takes away from the experience. The plan was to meet at the Orland Park location which being just after work I was not sure what to expect. What I did experience was first rate service from the moment we walked in. We were seating immediately in the bar section and our waitress Ashley was prompt in taking our drink order as we sat. As we waited for our third party I made my way over to the jukebox where I was helped by another helpful employee named Amanda. The TV's all had sports on but the volume was off so we could enjoy music. This oversized jukebox was new to me and the assistance and attention was very much appreciated. She even went out of her way to turn it up for us. Now that's customer service. Since the last time I was at a BW3 a lot of new flavors have been added to the menu. My order of 20 included SALT & VINEGAR SEASONING, BUFFALO SEAOSNING, my old favorite CARIBBEAN JERK and my new favorite JAMMIN' JALAPEÑO which has just enough heat to linger on your palate which is something I look for in a pepper sauce. One of my friends later commented on how amazed he was at how meaty our wings were and he was spot on, these were not the typical wimpy wings from a pizza joint. Over the 25 or so years that I've been dining at BW3 this was by far the best experience and so much so that I will be venturing to this location again very soon. Yes it was that great and it's well worth venturing out of Chicago city limits for the experience. The food was delicious and I'm going to have to buy the Jalapeno sauce for my own kitchen. A big thank you to the staff at this BW3 who set a new standard in excellent service and I hope to see you all again soon.

Jackie is the best thing ever. She is 8 months pregnant at the moment and has been the most attentive and possibly the fastest bartender I've encountered. So much worth noting that I have to update my review of a chain restaurant. My wife is a bartender and Jackie is better. But Jackie doesn't secretly hate me. So there's that.

Got food poisoning here last weekend. Honey barbecue sauce had a sour, bitter taste. I thought it was odd and let the server know. Didn't finish the wings as the sauce was clearly expired. 2 hours later, the 24 hour bathroom marathon began. Vomiting, diarrhea etc... Will never again eat at Buffalo Wild Wings. I sent a note to their feedback team. No response. That's how much they care. Quality of this place has been deteriorating. This is the new low. Never again.

First time here. Wings were good but did not care for the atmosphere. Seemed more of a teenage hangout.

Did not have a great experience.... we sat in the bar area and our waitress seemed less interested in doing her job well... or even passable... than wanting to hang with the table behind us discussing what she was going to wear when they all were going somewhere (fat sams I believe I overheard) later. She rushed taking our orders I had to have someone stop her so I could complete my order after I paused for a moment to decide on an appetizer and she took it as a cue to take off. When the food arrived she handed it to us in a rather abrupt manner (almost shoving it at us)... and asked a guest at my table to pass me the ranch.... without so much as a please, or thank you. Im not usually picky, because I know how it is in the food service industry but come on! Afterwards we sat outside the establishment so we could hear ourselves speak, and out comes our same waitress still in her work attire with some other guest that may have been at the table behind us... they were looking for a vehicle when mid conversation with my own friends I hear her drop a F bomb....! Really thats the type of people this place chooses to represent them.... My group have been going to this one on 159 for over 8 years.... and we have noticed the decline of quality service, all of us decided it is time for us to find greener pastures. I believe the owner owns this one and the one by 80 in tinley.... im not sure about the one in mokena.... but the few times I've been there I have not had any issues...

I have been to Bdubs before but not this location. This is a sports bar/restaurant. I love the atmosphere and that they have all the Chicago Sports Teams. The mac & cheese is good. I love the fried pickles from here they are delish. My mom loves the wings with the mildest sauce. The lemonade is good here. I also like the fries. Next time hope to try the cheese fries. It was not packed but there were people there. They have a lot of tvs and big screens. They also have tvs in the bathroom. I will definitely be back!

Really lousy wings. They weren't really Buffalo style even, contrary to what their name might imply. They also have some sort of signature potato thing where it's like a cross between potato chips and fries. On paper it sounds good. Ours arrived, potatoes completely raw and soggy. We told the waitress who offered to "put it back in" for a bit. A few minutes later it came back. Still gross. Ick. The food here sucked. The atmosphere was very similar to what you might find at Chuck E Cheeses (literally... minus the ball pit). And more importantly, this place has no connection to good wings.

Coming to Orland Park from Michigan for business we were just looking for something familiar after a long drive. We asked our hotel if there was a BWW in the area he gave us directions and off we went. When we got there we ordered one drink each to which our identification was questioned (we are both well over 21) in a very suspicious manner. After that was solved our drinks came. Mine was spilled on the table. I tried to get the waitress back over for a napkin but she would not go near our table. When our food arrived we asked for silverware we received plastic carry out silverware, while everyone else received actual restaurant silverware. It was not like they were out of silverware as another waitress (a very friendly one who I wished we had) was rolling some. Our food was cold. We could not cut thru it with our plastic knives. I was just happy to get out of there. I will make sure to let all of the other people we are traveling with to stay away.

A great place to go for some sports games with friends, not being able to legally drink I wouldn't know how the bar service is. Fun and fast paced atmostphere, like to play the trivia game. Love the specials - and they always have some special going on.

Typical Buffalo Wild Wings in both food and atmosphere. Expect a lot of kids during lunchtime. Prices are typical and cheap. Service can be slow at times.

OK everyone knows I love me some wings. But these wings aren't all that I do like the nachos and the burgers here though. I also like the sports bar feel of the place I always have a really good time when I come to any of they're restaurant's. Now on the other hand my husband is obsessed with they're wing ( Mango Habenero) he totally craves them all the time all in all It's a nice place to hang out with friends and family.

This place is not only overpriced, but the service sucks as well. We walked in on a Sunday afternoon to watch football and waited 10 minutes without being acknowledged. The waitresses walked passed our table 4 times and did not take our order. Twenty minutes later we left. Is the entire chain like this?

If you're stuck in Orland and want some decent bar food, this is pretty good. I don't recall seeing one of these restaurants anywhere other than within walking distance of a college campus, but I guess they're expanding their target audience. I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in to note that the place didn't smell like an ashtray - we then learned that Orland Park just passed some sort of non-smoking ordinance. Way to keep up with the City, Orland. Really, I mean that. Moving on...our server was nice, and knew the specials, but wasn't really around when we needed her. Also, how did our three appetizers and four beers end up costing over $40?!? Wow, the prices have definitely gone up since the last time I visited one of these BWW restaurants. The wings were pretty good, though there wasn't a lot of sauce. I really liked the popcorn shrimp - it came out hot and fresh and was just really good. I guess I'd go back, but the high prices really turned me off - they didn't seem that high when we were ordering, but it just added up a bit too quickly, you know? Oh, did you know this chain was formerly known as BW3? I didn't - I thought they were two different companies. Well, now you know. And knowledge is power! One last thing - on all of their signs/posters, they advertise .50 cent wings. Hey, geniuses - that's 1/2 a cent for each wing, meaning I can get 200 wings for $1. Great deal, huh? Idiots. Proofread your signs, or someone (me) just may come in, order 50 wings and pay with a quarter.

My husband and I stopped here for lunch on a Saturday, the food and service were average, however that evening I was contacted by my financial institution that my credit card number had been stolen, the same card that I had only used once at lunch that day. Coincidence? Possibly... but I don't think so. We won't be returning.

I am pretty fussy but I have to admit I am a fan of BW's Orland Park. they are open late, which is such a plus in the sleepy SW suburbs and although the food is not the best, it is consistent and served hot. Service is normally pretty fast and attentive.

  • Jennifer K.

I've been here a million times. Looks small from the outside but decent size place. Really like the Black & Tan draft beer (that's guiness and newcastle mixed). Staff was nice and service was fast. Great place for lunch, drink after work, and definitely to watch the game with friends.

  • Krystle P.

The food is great here! The traditional wings are delicious with so many flavors to choose from... And not to mention, inexpensive! Mondays, they have a special of boneless wings--I think .60 per wing Tuesdays, they have a special for traditional, not sure the exact price... Probably .80 per wing. Try "Tai Curry" and try "Parmesan Garlic" flavors. Yum! Customer service is good, but everyone is very young and by that I only mean they tend to make more mistakes on orders... But they fix it quickly.

  • Chris L.

Buffalo Wild Wings is my unicorn....It can do no wrong in my eyes...It's just one of those places where I love the food, and like coming here no matter what. The service could suck...the beer could be warm....whatever, I'm sure we all of a place like this. Of the 2 locations I go to most, this is probably the better of the two service-wise, but again I'd go to either of them no matter what. I love the boneless wings, and Spicy Garlic Sauce. I like their beer selection also, and I don't know what they do to that beer but it is super chilled when you get in on draft.

    (4)
  • Meghan S.

You can expect about the same from all buffalo wild wings locations... sometimes this location is pretty slow and they dont always do a good job of actually getting a decent amount of sauce on the wings. If you are just looking for some cheap bar food then it is pretty good.
